1. Products

All products are 3D printed to order. Minor differences in colour, texture or finish compared to photos are possible and are inherent to the manufacturing process.

2. Orders

An order is confirmed by email after payment. Stock is reserved only after payment confirmation; in rare cases of simultaneous demand we will contact you to agree on timing or a full refund.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Payment happens through Stripe Checkout; the contract is concluded when the payment is confirmed.

4. Shipping

Orders are prepared within the times indicated on the product pages. Delivery times are estimates and start from the confirmation of payment.

5. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 days from delivery, as required by EU law. Customised products made to your specifications are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

6. Warranty

Products are covered by the legal conformity warranty. Any defects must be reported through the Contact page with photos of the item.
